It is a Body Training to get into our natural body movement, sedentary made us lose some humans skills, with Natura® we will get back to our natural average and move motion and at same time we will get better body conditioning in all aspects.
Benefits: recover mobility, engage muscles and also learn how to isolate them, prevent injuries and correct postures.
